Loved the staff, airport shuttle to get to the Marta, breakfast was great, good restaurants close by, race trac was convenient.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient! The breakfast ladies each morning was so kind to us and did everything to make sure that our experience was pleasant. They were very friendly as well. The hospitality crew was amazing. Whatever we needed they supplied. Passing in hallways as we are on our way, they were always so kind. Awesome staff. Front desk was no different as well. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

My room met my expectations. The breakfast selection was very good. The servers in the breakfast area went the extra mile to ensure that we felt special and the that the breakfast area was very clean and inviting. On check-out DANIEL was very pleasant ,professional and helpful. She was the epitome of what I would expect of an employee of The Hyatt company. Unfortunately, my check-in was just the opposite and I don't remember the agent's name.

great variety for breakfast- the ladies at check in were so accommodating and a warm welcome since the airline has lost my luggage and the flight was delayed. So a huge thank you to the ladies who made it smooth and easy and warming checking into the hotel. Can’t thank you enough .

The hotel has an ideal location near the airport. The shuttle had an schedule from 4 am to 2 am every half hour, it was very convenient for my late flight and early departure. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. They had a tasty continental breakfast and a clean space overall.

The worker Cashay(?) was amazing! She answered every question I had and had so much patience with me. Everyone was amazing to me and my kids the entire stay no matter what it came to. This is the only place we’ll stay every time we come to Atlanta! Great place

We stayed in the 6th floor at the high room and it was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was soo comfy and soft. Room was not too small and not too big. Food was within walking distance and door dash was available. Airport was 12 minutes away and the hotel provides shuttle service. Overall, great location!

We arrived about 3 PM to drop luggage before returning our rental car and took the shuttle from ATL (shuttle was to run every 30 minutes, but it was running longer) back to the hotel. No on-site food available and our flight out the next morning was to early for breakfast hours. The room was clean and available when we first arrived with luggage. The morning shuttle was great.
